Biography

Born August 25 in the small town of Nihonbashi Ningyocho, Miyako Yoneyama (a.k.a CITROBAL) is a vocalist and pianist who debuted in 1999 who made a name for herself through her delicate piano playing and husky alto. Born to the owner of local bathhouse, she and her siblings were trained in music at an early age. She developed a passion for music and began composing her own songs. Citrobal has starred in multiple CF's, including television ads for McDonalds and Godiva. She also specializes in Freediving, and in 2011 was selected to be a part of Japan's national freediving team, where she competed as a representative for Japan travelling to Italy to compete in the world stage.

Citrobal has also made appearances in other bands, such as Cymbals, being a vocalist and pianist for the band before venturing off to produce her debut album My Caution Line. The lead bassist of the band Cymbals composed the bassline for some of her most popular songs, such as Celluloid, Signal. and VW '88

Her last release was an EP titled PP Bootleg released in 2007, and her last musical appearance on an official album was a compilation title "Tokyo Bossa Nova: ~pol-do-sol~" released in 2008. However, she has released unofficial self-covers of her songs as recently as 2021 on her official YouTube channel
