Biography
BronzeAge can refer to two artists.
1. BronzeAge are a Leicester, UK based 4 piece consisting of ex-members of Alt-punk band Public Relations Exercise.
After P.R.E's demise the members spent their time licking wounds and getting on with being grown ups. However, the appeal of traveling miles for little money or thanks became too much and in 2009, BronzeAge was formed. The band’s sound is a distinct departure from their previous output; combining epic sound-scapes with angular indie riffs and dual vocal interplay. Early demos were recorded by Field Records owner and producer Tim Waterfield.
In 2010 the band split, fractioning into Laser beast and Her name is Calla but in 2021 reformed.
2. A techno project by Kris Lapke (Alberich)
