1. Brontide are a Math rock trio from the United Kingdom who formed from the ashes of I Was A Cub Scout and Brighton drama-punks Pictures. Drawing upon the influence of Battles, Russian Circles and Don Caballero, Brontide were a riff-heavy, intelligent instrumental rock band that possessed an almost limitless scope.
The band released two EPs and two albums before calling it a day in 2017 ending their career with a sold out show at the Garage in London.
On August 1st 2024, the band released a new single "Mineral", indicating a return to making music for the first time in 10 years.
