Father's House was released to promote a musical stage production that Brian was attempting to produce and present. The music on this CD tells much of the story that the stage production was/is going to relate. As of Fall 2008 the stage production still has not happened, though it appears to be something that Brian is passionate about and continues to work on.
Many of the tracks can stand on their own, but to truly enjoy this music all the tracks must be listened to. It would be nice if the narratives and interludes that Brian gave in the promotional tour concerts for the musical were available somewhere as well.
