Biography
1. Aure, a French singer-songwriter from Paris and Mayway Records' first international signing. Her breathtakingly beautiful debut EP “A Few Notes” is set for release on 24 November 2023.
An architect by profession, music has always been an important means of expression for Aure. When living in Mexico for a few years, she took her first real steps as a musician and started writing compositions. Her old architecture classmate Ambroise Willaume (aka ‘Sage’, and member of the popular French band ‘Revolver’) helped with the arrangements, while English singer-songwriter Piers Faccini rewrote some of the lyrics in English.
The resulting 6 songs were all recorded in one take in a small Romanesque chapel in the region of the Cevennes in the south of France. The building’s architecture intensifies the stripped-down production of the songs, whose rather slow and careful orchestrations leave plenty of room for the surrounding’s identity to fill in.
2. aure is a very talented rapper and breakcore producer, born in poland and raised in the netherlands. he has been arrested for armed robbery, many degrees of homicide, resisting arrest, counterfeit, drug trafficking, drug manufacturing, arson, torture, improperly accessing a computer/network, kidnapping, felonious assault, possession and use of black market firearms, explosives, and ammunition, bribery, grand theft auto, money laundering, extortion, vandalism, breaking and entering, burglary, manslaughter, dui, use of narcotics, aiding and abetting, tax fraud, presumably perjury, and racketeering. oh and he makes breakcore
