There is more than one artist with this name:
1) August Band began as an on-screen band in the popular Thai film The Love of Siam. It became a real band with Witwisit Hiranyawongkul a.k.a. "Pchy" as lead singer along with 10 other members. The band began their group career singing at the Love of Siam's promotional events in Thailand, but since them have been a part of other music festivals and events. They released their album August*Thanx in February 2008.
2) Rock band from Lithuania. Formed in Biržai in 1980 and split up in 1987. In 1986 they recorded one and only album "Debiutinis". Listen to free music at official website, http://frype.lt/augustband.
