Biography
This idea of the project started with an avant-garde industrial band entitled A20D (lt. "20 Days of Autism"), where Joga - the current lead singer of Atvejis - took part. After the split-up of A20D, Joga had some new ideas of her own to fulfill. In collaboration with Mindaugas Budnikas (known as the leader of the legendary gothic band Mano Juodoji Sesuo) the song "Lost" was released. Soon afterwards Atvejis established itself as a real band. Darius (known as the guitarist of Lithuanian band XESS) joined Joga as a backing vocalist and A.H.C., a French industrial guy, took the programming part. The music played by Atvejis can be described as melancholic electro with outbursts of strict rhythms, where outstandingly expressive vocals mainly create the atmosphere.
