Biography
Apollo Nove is a brazilian producer, known for his complex, fetishist sounds and for the use of vintage keyboards (Mellotrons, Lowreys, Elka Rhapsody, etc.).
Apollo's attachment to certain 60's influences bring to his productions the influences of bossa nova, brazilian orchestras and brazilian popular music. The title of his first solo work - Res Inexplicata Volans - is a latin expression for OVNI (UFO) created by the Vatican to adapt the Catholic Church language to the new times.
Besides being the producer of some successful brazilian popular musicians, Apollo Nove is also responsible for the soundtrack of the brazilian cult film "O Cheiro do Ralo".
