Anton Newman …
was born in 1978 and originally comes from Russia, Moscow. At the moment he lives in Sweden, Stockholm.
Newman's DJ style is reflective of the tracks he makes - driving, energetic and uplifting combining harder percussive elements with beautiful psytrance melodies. Newman's sets regularly contain his own personal re-edits of his favourite other artist productions with of course, his own latest productions and remixes.
Newman incorporates deep, tech, psy and progressive in his liveacts. His musical taste takes inspiration from everything and anything that he feels, ambient, chillout, psychedelic trance. "My family aren’t musical at all; except in the sense that when I was growing up there was always music playing in the house. My parents when I was growing up were real party people who used to go out a lot and there was always music on loud in our house". Anton Newman has been spinning records since 2004. Now he is a member of Digital Reality Records Family, where he has ambitious plans to create new material for his own music and liveacts.
Nowadays he writes a full power psychedelic trance music. Newman's style is a mix of full on with hyperactive bass line, sharp and loud kick plus old style leads. Also he continues to play dj live trance and ambient sets in a different locations and countries. His own style in dj sets is outstanding quality sound in tracks, various power compositions and professional quality of dj's work.
Anton is of high demand in music community, highly rated at internet radio stations. In his creativity he uses only the latest technology innovations. He accepts invitations to join parties of his choice, and plays both as per his booking conditions, but sometimes on a charity basis.
