Biography
Alex Musatov is a violin player and occasionally a multi-instrumentalist and a singer based in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Over the years he has worked extensively live and in the studio with wide range of artists including Orquesta Tipica Fernandez Fierro, Poli & Prietto, Julieta Laso, Luzmila Carpio, Tomi Lebrero, Pilsen, Juga, Sof Tot, Astillero, Fabio Armiliato, Noelia Moncada, Ezequiel Borra, El Gnomo Y La Filarmonica Cosmica and Guillermo Beresñak. Most recently in 2019 he started his own solo project which consists of songs written by him exclusively for violin and voice. His minimalist approach and english lyrics are deeply influenced by David Bowie, Siouxsie & The Banshees, Brian Eno, David Byrne, Bjork, Dead Can Dance & Colin Stetson.
