12Gauge, a project involving two friends Daniel and Jasper, was formed in 2011. The pair lives in the Netherlands. Buckshot EP, released in May 2011, was the start of their musical journey. Released on MWM Recordings, this featured the "machine-gun" sound used commonly by Sadhu and Mantis, which became their signature sound. After that, the duo mainly released on the popular Chronos Records, where they collaborated with artists such as Sadhu and D-Jahsta. One of their most popular and their newest release is Reloaded EP, released in 2014. The perfected gun blast bass and gritty noise shows what 12Gauge had become known for, and the two friends surely have more releases planned, stashed deep inside their laptops.
