Biography
Honey Popcorn (Hangul: 허니팝콘) is a South Korean idol group consisting of Japanese idol members.The group debuted on March 21 with the release of their mini-album 'Bibidi Babidi Boo'. The inital line-up consisted of 三上悠亜 (Yua Mikami), 桜もこ (Moko Sakura), and 松田美子 (Miko Matsuda). All three members were previously in other idol groups, Mikami in SKE48 (as Momona Kitou, graduated in 2014; currently a member of 恵比寿マスカッツ as of 2016), Sakura in バクステ外神田一丁目 (Bakusute Sotokanda Icchome), and Matsuda a former NMB48 trainee. In late 2018, Miko Matsuda announced her graduation from the group due to health problems. In early 2019, the group announced the addition of 3 new members after a long audition process in 2018.
