Kaori Hayato (隼人加織) is a Japanese singer, born 22 June 1984 in Takaoka, Toyama prefecture.
Her father is Japanese and her mother is Brazilian. She had a minor debut in 2001. Her first mainstream album, pluma, was released in 2008, followed by Lindas one year later. Both albums were released by Victor Entertainment.
Ms Hayato sings in Japanese, Portuguese, English, and French.
Her favourite artists include Antônio Carlos Jobim, Bebel Gilberto, Lenine, Kaleido, Chara, BONNIE PINK, AIR, 椎名林檎, SUPERCAR, Rufus Wainwright, The Cardigans and Bon Jovi.
