This is the "Black Clover Edition" (Japanese: 花と解答 -ブラッククローバー Edition-), and it contains the same tracks that the regular edition 花と解答 (Hepburn: "Hana to Kaito", English: "Flower and Answer"), they only differ by the cover.
The song アンサー (English: "Answer") was used as the third ending theme of the third season of the anime "Black Clover" (Japanese: ブラッククローバー, Hepburn: Burakku Kurōbā).
The song 景色 (Hepburn: "Keshiki") was used as the ending theme of the anime film "Japan Sinks: 2020" (Japanese: 日本沈没2020, Hepburn: Nippon Chinbotsu 2020)
