Shen MengYao (simplified Chinese: 沈梦瑶; traditional Chinese: 沈夢瑤; pinyin: Shén MèngYáo; born August 14, 1998 in Shanghai, China) is a Chinese idol singer. She was a member of SNH48's Team HII.
In the General Elections of SNH48, she was elected as No.65 (2017), No.49 (2018), No.16 (2019), No.4 (2020), No.3 (2021) and No.1 (2022).
