六三四Musashi (Musashi) is a Japanese band formed in 1991 that fuses traditional Japanese instruments with rock elements. The current lineup consists of band's producer 小針克之助 (Katsunosuke Kobari) on lead guitar and vocals, 飯塚昌明 (Masaaki Iizuka) on rhythm guitar, 瀧田イサム (Isamu Takita) on bass, 西元 (Hajime Nishi) on tsugaru shamisen, 大塚宝 (Takara Otsuka) on wadaiko and vocals, き乃はち (Kinohachi) on flutes and vocals, 高梨康治 (Yasuharu Takanashi) on keyboards and 宮内健樹 (Takeki Miyauchi) on drums.
They're best known outside of Japan for providing most of the music for the TV anime NARUTO, which they composed under the name Musashi Project (六三四プロジェクト).
