Shangguan Xiai (上官喜爱) was born on the 8th of June 1997, in Jilin China, her birth name is Ma Baoer (马宝尓) she goes by Frhanm Shungguan in English speaking circles.
She was a contestant on Girls Planet 999, which is a South Korean reality competition, she also competed in the Chinese show Youth With You 2, where she finished 15th.
She is a member of the Girl Group Hickey, she is a vocalist and rapper in the group.
