Biography
Шницель (Schnitzel) are a heresy-powerviolence-hardcore-pop-punk band from Belgorod, Russia. They have released two LP's, one compilation of rare songs and 2 EP's. They're definitely the leaders of russian underground music, their songs are always full of sarcasm, irony and sometimes blind aggression. The main idea is to produce songs that fully reflect the reality around Schnitzel.
Their story started in 2005 when 5 friends decided to play music that they enjoy more than anything else in their life. Then 2 of them (Olenevod and Gluck) decided to leave because of some conflicts with the others. The classical line-up is:
1) Elvis - percussion, vocals;
2) mighty_ok - guitar, vocals;
3) Ivan the Cunning Asshole - guitar, vocals;
In the beginning of 2006 Ivan the C.A. left the band. Schnitzel stopped their carreer to resume it in the year 2007. The new line-up is:
1) Elvis - percussion, vocals;
2) mighty_ok - guitar, vocals;
Their history hasn't yet been written to the logical end, so stay tuned to their new albums!
