ГЕГЕМОНИЯ СПИДА (English - AIDS HEGEMONY) is a Russian gore noise/noisecore band. Was formed in early 2015. Consists of two anonymous artists. The texts of this band are praticaly always about violence, outrage and sexual perversions.
