Full Moon 2013 was the party of the summer. Over 4,500 beautiful people danced day and night under the full moon to some of best music of the summer. Inspired by Thailand’s Full Moon, New York City music lovers celebrated the power of the moon on sandy Beach at Governor’s Island.

Set on Governor’s Island in New York City, Full Moon emerges as a new festival that features a diverse and discerning lineup spanning multiple genres. Taking place beneath the full moon in August, it’s notable for its fashionable, creative crowd and unusual setting as a beach festival in the massive metropolis of NYC. Inspired by the mythical power of the full moon and the famous parties of Southeast Asia, MATTE’s Full Moon brings to light New York’s distinct culture and edge – after experiencing three years of sold out shows, Full Moon 2014 will capture the summer by hosting a beach party in the center of New York Harbor with sounds, art and food from a carefully curated lineup of musicians, DJs, artists, and chefs.

Full Moon starts at 4pm and dances until the clock strikes midnight of August 8th
