Ec-lectricity can now unveil part 2 of our Easter Bank Holiday Weekender. This one's for those of a bass heavy disposition as we present the Birmingham debut of FWD>>Rinse; a one off showcase of artists from Rinse FM.

Rinse is the most prolific label in Dubstep, UK Funky and Garage flavours. Over recent years, the Rinse stable has brought the likes of KATY B, MAGNETIC MAN, SKREAM, BENGA through the ranks as undiscovered artist's to the global phenomenon's they are today.

Rinse FM has been around since 1994 from it's roots as a London based pirate Radio Station (the largest pirate station in the UK) that provided first exposure to the like's of DIZZEE RASCALL and WILEY.

Anyone who knows their Dubstep knows that Rinse FM has been around for years building the UK Dubstep scene as we know it today. As put Fact Magazine put it in 2007, "Without Rinse, Grime and Dubstep would be very different: indeed, it’s fair to say that they might not even exist at all."

It's extremely prestigious to welcome the FWD>>Rinse crew down to Birmingham with exclusive appearance's from some of the biggest acts in the game: -

SKREAM http://www.myspace.com/skreamuk
Skream; one of dubstep's first and most prominent producers, and all round crowd pleasers! One third of the chart destroying MAGNETIC MAN and collaborating with the like's of EXAMPLE as a solo artist has seen him get extensive exposure on Radio 1 but he still manages to keep his foot well and truly in the underground which is very rare!

It's always fun to have SKREAM in the building - we all know he likes to party hard and knows how to destroy any dancefloor.

MS. DYNAMITE
The list of accolades for Miss Dynamite is endless… Mercury Music Prize winner, Two Brit Award’s, and three MOBO Awards which puts this R&B, UK garage, and hip hop singer and rapper into legendary status.

Recently she has been smashing up dancefloors with hits such as her chart topping single "Lights on" with Katy B not to mention collaborating with the likes of Magnetic Man, Zinc & Redlight maintaining a nice balance of commercial success and underground credentials! A firm favourite with Ec-lectricity fans - she know's how to rock any party to it's core!

Plus support comes from some of the most prolific artists on Rinse FM - PLASTICIAN, P MONEY, NTYPE, YOUNGSTA & more!
