Jim Coleman spent the summer of 2024 in Berlin designing and performing the supporting program for her big exhibition at Silent Green with his partner, the New York underground filmmaker Beth B. Now, the New York Noise Veteran (Cop Shot Cop) is coming back to Berlin with his Human Impact project, which he is founding with Chris Spencer (Unsane), Phil Puleo (CoShotot Cop, Swans) and Chris Pravdica (Swans, Xiu Xiu). Phil Puleo and Chris Pravdica are no longer there. They have enough to do with the Swans, but the band is still an explosive quartet live, operating between heavy rock, noise and industrial with the great Chris Spencer on vocals and guitar. Her new record, Gone Dark, has just been released on Mike Patton's label Ipecac.
