A dán Mette Lindberg énekesnő vezette The Asteroids Galaxy Tour alterpop zenekar 2007-ben alakult Koppenhágában. A zenekar karrierje nem sokkal első demójuk felvétele után be is indult, hiszen azonnal felfigyelt rájuk Amy Winehouse menedzsmentje, és felkérték őket az énekesnő koppenhágai koncertjének előzenekari posztjára. Ezután sem állt meg a szerencse vonat, az Apple az ő dalukat (Around the Bend) választotta az új iPod Touch reklám aláfestő zenéjének, ami nyilván azonnal meghozta a zenekarnak a nemzetközi ismertséget. Galaktikus alterpopra fel, október 26-án az Akváriumban a The Asteroids Galaxy Tour!

Led by Danish singer Mette Lindberg, The Asteroids Galaxy Tour alter-pop band was formed in 2007 in Copenhagen. The band’s career took off shortly after they recorded their first demo, as they caught the attention Amy Winehouse’s management, who approached them to open for the singer’s concert in Copenhagen. However, their winning streak was far from over as Apple chose their song (Around the Bend) for the advertisement of the new iPod Touch, which obviously brought instant international fame for the band.
