Description
Steve Lawson's Recycle Collective returns to Darbucka World Music Bar for a show with another amazing trio of musicians - joining Steve will be keyboardist/guitarist Patrick Wood, who's band The Works is highly respected on the UK jazz scene and has over the years featured many of the country's leading jazz musicians. The band's sound combines the influences of jazz keyboard pioneers Joe Zawinul and Herbie Hancock,
with the songwriterly structure and melodic beauty of Joni Mitchell, James Taylor - all qualities that Patrick brings with him to the Recycle Collective.
Roy Dodds is a hugely in demand drummer, equally at home in the singer/songwriter world of Eddi Reader and Boo Hewerdine or the intense organ-led jazz of Theo Travis' new band 'Doubletalk'.
Tickets are £6 on the door.
