Description
This autumn Michael Clark Company will present a new work continuing Clark's history of close collaboration with contemporary artists, designers and musicians. A double bill, the first part is choreographed to music by Scritti Politti, and the second, to music by Relaxed Muscle, who will also be performing live, exclusively for the Company's Barbican season.
An iconic British dancer, choreographer and artist, Michael Clark first came to prominence in the early 1980s with daring work that combined his classical integrity with a more complex, contemporary sensibility.
