Example is a hip-hop rapper from London. Inspired by Mike Skinner, but borrowing heavily from Eminem's sound, Example's songs deal with living and growing up as a wannabe rapper in London whilst also criticising todays celebrity culture and white people who think that they can rap. Example's lyrics are a new take on the issues that are faced in contemporary society with a humorous and imaginative twist and the songs often feature samples in a similar way to The Streets and Eminem. Example has just released his new single 'Watch The Sun Come Up' 21st September which hit the charts and is killin it on dancefloors across the UK!

As one of the most charismatic individuals to smash his way onto the house music scene in recent years, Micky Slim is the Birmingham-bred bad boy that has arrived and is ready to take over. For if 2005 was the year clubbers started murmuring about that boy Slim, then 2006 was the year they started shouting it from the hilltops. And who can blame them? With an outstanding production portfolio that has had a phenomenal success rate of being heard on BBC Radio1, an international residency that gives Micky global exposure, and a few helping hands (more later), its clear that Micky is not just one of the UKs finest up-and-coming talents, he is getting recognition the world over.

When Radio 1's Big Weekend came to Swindon there was one local band on everyone's lips. Beatbullyz have built up a large following in their hometown, consistently selling out 500+ capacity venues. Huw Stephens started to play them on Radio 1 in the run up to the Big Weekend, which saw the Introducing tent packed out for a mass singalong.
The band had previously taken their energetic live show to the likes of Austria's Snowbombing festival, Rotterdam's Heineken Street Parade, and even Channel 4's Hollyoaks on which they performed their track 'Keyz to Life' after being tipped as one of the best new live bands around by T4. Now they are working on what will surely be their breakthrough album.
