    I went to Wash U, they got a lot of good bands for free or $5, and so did SLU in St. Louis. I just regret not taking more advantage of it (was too lazy to go to Ratatat, Cut Copy, Girls, Bon Iver, Black Keys, etc - don't know what I was thinking). I think a lot of colleges have stuff like that, I don't know why SMU doesn't. There are also a lot of free shows in NYC in the summer. So you are 18? Make sure you pick a college with a good music venue and/or a city with a good music scene since you obviously like going to shows.

    Very nice. I did know about the songbook, think you can buy that one from various sources (Amazon, etc.), but I've never come across the Black Sessions CD (I do have the pirated mp3s :x)...and sealed! That's a nice score. Good luck man.
