Yutaka Minobe (kanji: 蓑部雄崇) is a video-game and media composer working for SEGA, and composing in many styles, ranging from classical and jazz to electronic, MIDI and contemporary music. He is a self-taught musician who learned to play the piano at four years old and was composing original works by the age of eight. Minobe's gameography includes Skies of Arcadia, Panzer Dragoon Orta, Space Channel 5 and Rule of Rose. He also served as an engraver and orchestral arranger for classical composer Kohei Tanaka.
