Starringo was born DeMorris Marquin Hamburg. Raised in the heart of Monroe, Louisiana’s most poverty stricken neighborhood, Ringo had an often tumultuous upbringing and was arrested for the first time at the age of 16. This Louisiana native mixes his troubled past & God-given talents with the sole purpose of inspiring listeners to be who they are. Simply put, his passion and energy is unmatched.
