Biography
OUTLYA are a three-piece indie-rock band from East Anglia. The three members met at the University of East Anglia, Norwich. They were formerly of the band Port Isla, which broke up mysteriously in 2014/2015 and then, in early 2017, OUTLYA appeared with their first single, The Light.
