Mandy Miller (born 23rd July 1944; Somerset, England) is best known as an English child starlet, rather than as a singer. She retired from films at the age of eighteen and moved to New York to work as an au pair, eventually marrying an architect and settling down in the States.

Her first film was The Man In the White Suit with Sir Alec Guinness. Her first starring role was as a deaf child in the film Mandy.

Her most famous musical performance was a single "Nellie the Elephant."
