Its' founding fathers, Miles Masao Davis and Longineu Parsons III, coerce respect through their dissection of the human condition, the media, and the evils of society. With beyond impressive track production and rhythm, that span from hitting heavy for the underground to those promised to gain commercial acclaim, LPMD has drawn a clear line in the sand for the music industry. Representing the purest form of music in a scene that is overly saturated with "recyclables," this duo will stop at nothing in their demonstration of raw originality. The audio assault that they wage is enhanced, heightened and enriched by the vicious drums of LP and the sincerity in the incredibly well-written songs by MD. LPMD delivers a project that offers a truly consistent perspective from start to finish, of being greater, being above, how they keep rising, what holds them down and how nothing holds them back.
