computerchemist is the ongoing solo project of Dave Pearson, who lives in Székesfehérvár, Hungary, after moving from the UK in 2008. Over the last 25 years Dave's music has been strongly influenced by "classic" Berlin School performers such as Tangerine Dream (mostly from the '72-'86 period) and Klaus Schulze, as well as taking inspiration from newer, more contemporary musicians with a diversity ranging from The Mars Volta to Csaba Vedres. • "Aqual Measure" is a GREAT album !!!
  • Hello 'computer-chemist' ......,first time heard and seen your name and music.......,Schulze and Tangerine Dream are my favorites .....you are great !!
  • well, the fourth album is VERY close to final master now, all the tracks are done, the artwork still needs finalizing, and then it's off to get the CD's pressed. I know, I'm so stuck in my old ways; still churning out albums when you could transmit a single song at the speed of light as soon as I've finished playing it - but albums give you almost the end of a chapter, something definite to aim for. That's why as a little apertif I have released all three previous albums to whet your appetite as FULL PLAY right here on last FM... please, get to know them better... the best is yet to come ....
