Biography
Born and raised in the slums of Ho Chi Minh City, Benny Troung is no stranger to struggle. Orphaned at a young age, Benny had to learn how to fend for himself. By day, he sold chewing gum and W.W.J.D. bracelets to tourists. In the evenings, he taught himself how to read and write.
At the age of 11, his life changed. A fellow street urchin played him a song- Ja Rule's Between Me and You. It was Benny's first time hearing Hip-Hop and he instantly fell in love with it. The same day, he lost his virginity to a stripper who was too drunk to notice that he was an adolescent.
From that day forward, Benny understood why he was put on Earth- to rap and bone bitches. He immersed himself in Hip-Hop and vagina, honing his crafts, intent on becoming both The Best Asian Rapper and The Best Asian Lover.
Today, Benny Troung works and resides in Los Angeles. Beyond his work as a musician and sex-god, Benny is a philanthropist. Never forgetting his roots, he is an active member of his community and donates a sizable portion of his earnings to charitable causes.
