Is several artists:
1) Toma is a post rock artist based in Cambridge (UK). To date he has released a full length album titled 'From Ruins', and an Ep titled 'Dakota took to wing and history was made'. Both are available for Free download on Wise Owl Records (http://www.wiseowlrecords.com).
Toma is currently working on his 2nd full length album titled 'As we fall in to static our hearts sing' which will be available in April.
2) Toma is a French rap artist popular in the 90's.
