The Pixie Kitchen was the moniker for the early solo project of Tim Blue. While playing with a number of groups and individuals in San Francisco and Oakland, he thought of The Pixie Kitchen as a place to focus what he learned in so many collaborations. Much of the intent of this project was an experiment in merging politics and abstraction in noise.
