ORIGINS // Aug 23rd 2008 // One summer night, noise rock duo Oroku Saki were playing The Cross Keys while a friend and a mate were along for the ride of bands’n’beer. It was a free night, muggy and the beer was flowing, the kind of night when strangers play unrehearsed sonic slop. And so their first gig was also their first rehearsal.
EVOLUTION STAGE I // Dec 31st 2009 // Noise rock duo Oroku Saki were having a house party to celebrate the 10th year of the millenium. They needed a band. The Entire Asian Population dusted themselves off and tried hard to break the living room. Alas without Bryn’s vocals they failed to scare even the mice. There’s some videos online.
