My itunes is staying the same (name of musical as artist), but if last.fm actually got it's act together and let us have some capitals, or even auto-corrected these to "Spring Awakening/Duncan Sheik" or "Rent/Jonathon Larson", I would be much happier

I don't care what last.fm says, all of my musicals are going to be tagged as the name of the show. If last.fm wants to change it (like Rent/Jonathan Larson) then so be it, but it's staying the same in my iTunes.

Knowing how many times did we listen to some singer etc. is the only reason to have last.fm profile for the most of people. How am I suppose to know how many times did I listen to Rent (sorry, I don't know full SA cast) when I have songs tagged "Anthony Rapp","Wilson Jermaine Heredia", "Wilson Jermaine Heredia and Jesse L.Martin", "Anthony Rapp and Adam Pascal" etc.? The same way you don't label something by The Beatles as "John Lennon, Paul McCartney, George Harrison, and Ringo Starr," you shouldn't label Spring Awakening as "Duncan Sheik, Steven Sater, Jonathan Groff, John Gallagher, Jr" etc. The Beatles is the collective name of all of them playing together, just as Spring Awakening is the collective name of composer, lyricist, and actors playing together.

@furtherfromyall well it does the same thing for In the Heights, and both are correct according to itunes. (you run into issues with bands like Les Miserables, which is a musical and rock band or Chicago.)
