If anyone is having the problem of changing the name, I just made copies of the song In Itunes (so right click and create aac, or mp3 version). Then I was able to change it to its correct artist! :) Hope that helps anyone!

i personally use soundtrack for the Album Artist field, but for the Artist Field i leave the correct one. i do this so i can make sure that the song i get is either from an artists album or a soundtrack which would be in another folder set

Don't know how last.fm handle that. @VolcanoColdplay: now you know which label that is stupid :D @allthestupidlistenersofthisartist: just in case you haven't realized, last.fm has special page called Various Artists for VA releases. Don't tag the artist of the songs with "Various Artists" though, but use the correct artist name for each songs and also the correct album name. Last.fm will know that you're listening to a VA release, the playcount will go to the correct artist and the album data will be taken from Various Artists page and last.fm database won't fscked up. As simple as that. For non VA releases use the correct artist name!!! And NOT this epic fail "Soundtrack"
