Strength. Purpose. Conviction. Artistry.

These words don’t often come to mind when describing a 17-year old girl, but then again, Rachel Farley is not your average 17-year old.

Instead, Rachel chooses to live her life outside the box.

“Be who you are and let people respect you for that instead of trying to fit their mold. You can’t be extraordinary if you’re trying to be like everybody else,” she says.

It was through this mindset that the Georgia native earned herself a spot as the very first signee of RED BOW Records, the newest partnership between BBR Music Group and RED Distribution.

The young Country rocker transcends the boundaries of her genre through her powerful voice, age-defying confidence, gut-punching emotional lyrics and undeniable stage presence that tell a tale of fearless honesty, personal tragedy and raw craftsmanship.

She attributes much of her success thus far to the fact that she acquired the once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to learn from some of the best mentors in Country music, including local Georgia performer Brantley Gilbert whom she began opening shows for at the young age of 13.

Soon after, Rachel met her manager and producer Michael Knox (Jason Aldean) who clearly saw something significant in the young songstress. At only 15 years old, she went on to sign her first recording and publishing deal.

As quickly as success found her, tragedy did as well. In August 2011, Rachel’s father passed away from a rare form of cancer. Instead of allowing the experience to break her fighting spirit, she found a strength and comfort in songwriting and performing, continuing her journey with a resolute maturity and conviction evading performers twice her age.
