Portland, United States (2002 – present)

nolongerhuman began as a concept project in 2002, after having spent several years working on an experimental project called Varix.
Drawing from varied influences, the music is a response to the inhumanity of everyday life. Focusing heavily on found samples, movie clips and rich backgrounds, and the belief that any creative pursuit is merely a reflection of the creator.

Over the years, nolongerhuman (under a different name) released the track “holo” on Tronics Depth of Beyond compilation along with “raid.”
After a two year break, nolongerhuman returned to the studio in Portland, United States to start working on new material. With a new focus of creating a sound that captures social deterioration, inumanity, and inner torments.
With a propensity for thought out samples, relentless beats and rich backgrounds, no longer human is forming a distinct signature sound while holding true to its predecessors in electronic music.

sound of new album reminds me a little bit of suicide commando back in the times of "axis of evil" and wynardtage... which in both cases is very good... and the fact that still it manages to be really fresh and unique makes it even better and really awesome ^_^ ! love it!

Oh, it's ok, she gave birth to 130 more before she died. Anyway, I need to update this page. Ugh. Oh, and to the person who said "Boring monotonous 140 bpm + " I don't care if you don't like it honestly, but, get your facts right. Not only have I never made a track at 140 bpm, there is no track on Antipathy that is more than 130. Most fall between 121 and 128.
