The Mayor of Imaginationland first appeared in episode 10 of South Park's season 11, titled: "Imaginationland Part I", also known as: "Kyle Sucks Cartman's Balls Part I". He met his untimely demise at the hands of Alien in the following episode (Imaginationland Part II), after being stabbed clear through back to the stomach, leaving a gaping fatal wound.
