Biography

Locomondo is the name of two different and unrelated musical groups.

1. A five member band based in Athens, Greece. It is the first band in Greece which fused the Caribbean sound together with Greek musical elements and Greek lyrics. Their first album entitled “Enas Trelos Kosmos” (“Crazy World”) was released on March 2004 by Music Box International. Locomondo travelled to Jamaica after an invitation of the Skatalites’ trombone player, Vin Gordon, in order to record their second album.
