Biography

Featuring George Benson on guitar, Ann Winley on vocals and Sterling Magee on bass, the Harlem Underground Band were the studio group for Winley Records and released two albums; “Harlem Underground” and “Erotic Moods” (credited as George Benson with the Harlem Underground Band)
The song “Smokin’ Cheeba Cheeba” was later sampled by Tone Lōc on his track “Cheeba Cheeba”
