There are two groups with the name Esquire and one DJ:

1) eSQUIRE (Lee Squires) is one of the hottest & most exciting young producers in the UK. Rapidly spreading his name to clubbers and industry heads alike, his sound of uplifting funky fuelled house is becoming the sound of dancefloors across the globe. With a successful string of releases and remixes on labels such as All Around The World, Hed Kandi, Data, 3 Beat Blue, Ministry Of Sound, Boss & Toolroom Records.

2) Esquire is the self proclaimed “boy who invented rap”. He comes from Detroit, Michigan bringing along with him, his team of go-go dancers.

3) Esquire is also a prog rock/pop band lead by Nikki Squire (formerly married to Chris Squire (Yes). They were a trio and were signed to Trevor Horn’s ZTT records. After waiting for Trevor’s time to free up to produce, the group was released from ZTT and self-produced their self-titled debut record for Geffen Records with Horn and Chris Squire mixing their first single “To The Rescue”. Two other albums were released subsequently, Coming Home (1997) and tracks from a new, untitled album are available on their MySpace page at:

Esquire will be familiar to the more devoted fans of Yes, as tracks by the band have appeared on various "Yes; friends and family" type compilations. This though is not a side project for Chris Squire, but a prog related band led by his ex-wife Nikki Squire. They released their s/t debut in '87, even follow up album "Coming Home" was recorded right afterwards it was released in '97. Recently however, Nikki and Nigel have started working together again, and material from a planned forthcoming album can be heard in their myspace page
