Biography

Mittelfischbach (2009 – present)

Otherwise known as Tim Kelling, Erdbeerschnitzel is a house producer from Mittelfischbach, a lovely German country hamlet that a writer for residentadvisor.net described as “not the middle of nowhere, but almost.” Erdbeerschnitzel’s first production experience as a young lad as with the Nintendo game Mario Paint. He’s come a long way since then, graduating to grandiose big beat and d&b works (as well as experimental works under the The Dark Side Of The Meat alias) before settling into his current deep house and nu disco groove in 2009.
