dyLAB is a English born but Melbourne based acid music producer.  Over the past 3 years he has crafted a solid body of music, releasing tunes through Avioground Records, Over Records, Swishcotheque, Acid All Stars and Handmade Acid.

He has a great love for old analogue machines and at the core of his music is the sound of the eternal Roland TB303. He combines this love of old machines with the adaptability of current music production software.

dyLAB looks for different ways to bring the acid sound of the tb303 into his music and his productions vary from classic acid house sound of the late 80’s, the acid tek sound of the 90’s and more modern bass heavy  tunes.

dyLAB also curates the monthly acid pattern group: http://soundcloud.com/groups/the-acid-question where 303 protagonists share patterns and make tunes from each others patterns.

Great Tracks, but over 10 years to late for me ! I 'dont listen to acid, house and techno anymore. Put some more >BASS (a deep subbaseline) into it and a 2step beat, and a whobble into it ! The track "Acid Step" goes into the right direction , but it needs more bass a deep subbaseline ! And the 2step beats is a little bit to abstract ! But fokus on tracks like that ! Thats what i will listen to !

New Release : Acid Council

5 Nov 2011 | from acidboxblues.blogspot.com/

I've got a new track out on Council House Recordings Acid Sampler. I'm really happy to get a track out on their label. They're putting out some great old school acid house and techno, and they share my love of the analogue machines. …
