Damian Drăghici (born March 31, 1970 in Bucharest, Romania) is a Romani-Romanian virtuoso musician particularly associated with the Romanian Pan flute (Romanian: nai or muscal), and is possibly the most noted exponent of his particular instrument in the world, today. His unique triple-tongue staccato technique allows him to play three times faster than the average pan flutist - hence his nickname, "The Speed of Light."
