Coco Star (real name Sue Brice) is a Welwyn Garden City born Gospel singer signed to Universal/MCA Records. She began her early career working with the Founder of ‘Way Out West’ DJ Jody Wisternoff (her collaborations with Wisternoff were under the group ‘SubLove’) during her spare time studying a BA in Fashion in Bristol UK.

Her exceptional vocals earned her the respect of many in the West Country Music scene, and during this time she was never far from the likes of ‘Massive Attack’ whilst studying a BA in Fashion in Bristol University, or the ‘Brand New Heavies’, whilst back at home in Hertfordshire.

Working along side Universal Signed Songwriters Rob Davies and Victor Imbres, she began promoting her first Commercial release “I need a Miracle” back in 1994/95. With a dawn of a new era of Dance music rapidly becoming established, EMI dance subsidiary ‘Positiva Records’ quickly snapped her up, and “I need a Miracle” was launched in the Summer of 1997 on the Dance floors of Ibiza.

This iconic Vocal is never to be bettered, and international interest soared to new heights when ‘I need a Miracle’ was remixed my German Dance producers ‘Fragma’ in 2000. Following the success of their Instrumental “Toca Me”, Coco’s iconic song was layered collaboratively to form the timeless “Toca’s Miracle” which went on to achieve Gold Disk status for over 500,000 sales in the UK alone. It topped charts in 14 Countries…to which others were added (now 17 countries world-wide) following a further 2008 remix of ‘I need a Miracle’; entitled Toca’s Miracle Inpetto remix.
