Biography
Their debut album “In The Dream Of The Sea Life” struck the hearts and ears of internet music dorks, and they have been riding a residual wave of praise since. Their sound and their aesthetic is familiar and unique; they smoosh Pet Sounds harmonies through Animal Collective gurgle and approach the aftermath with naivety and wonder. Their music is both classic and totally modern.
A remastered version of ‘In the Dream of The Sea Life’ was released on Irish label Indiecater Records on August 4, 2009. A CD version was released on October 26, 2009.
Their new album ‘Hidden Lands’ was released

"here's as much as we dare to divulge at the moment: The album will be called Ceres & Calypso in the Deep Time. It's about a girl who is led through the Mesozoic Era by a time-traveling white seal. We've finished most of the instruments and vocals, and are mixing and adding some magic to it all. The lyrics are provided by Chicago poet Jenn Morea. We've added a third vocalist, the lovely Karen, who has been playing drums for us recently. We'll post the song titles in a couple days." - from their facebook
